The Freshmen Festival 2025 was not only a celebration to welcome the new student generation but also an opportunity to spread the message of community responsibility and environmental awareness. Alta Plastics proudly joined this journey, igniting a spirit of green living among young people.

Marking its 20th edition, the Freshmen Festival is one of the largest annual events for the student community in Ho Chi Minh City. At the event, Alta Plastics introduced the Green Booth within the framework of “Environmental Protection Solutions.” Designed as an interactive experience, the booth invited students to observe and participate directly in modern recycling processes. A highlight was the GreeZ Station from the GREEnfinity project, which applied intelligent recognition technology to automatically sort and collect empty plastic bottles and aluminum cans quickly and accurately.

This solution not only optimized traditional waste-handling methods but also helped reduce plastic pollution. Each contribution at the station was rewarded with points redeemable for attractive vouchers, encouraging students to develop recycling habits naturally and sustainably.

Equally captivating was the recycled 3D printer, which transformed waste plastic into raw materials for new products. Visitors witnessed the entire process in real time, seeing firsthand how discarded plastic could be reborn into practical and aesthetically appealing items.

Alta Plastics also showcased a selection of unique 3D-printed products—from everyday items and accessories to creative models—all recyclable and environmentally friendly. Each product carried a strong message: plastic should not be seen as an environmental burden but as a valuable resource when approached with innovation and creativity.
