ALTA PLASTICS PRESENTS GREEN SOLUTIONS AT THE INITIATIVE “WASTE SORTING AND CREATIVE RECYCLING FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”
As plastic pollution becomes a global concern, Alta Plastics introduces a breakthrough solution: closed-loop plastic recycling that transforms waste into innovative products through advanced technology. Joining the initiative “Waste Sorting and Creative Recycling for Sustainable Development,” Alta Plastics showcases key models, technologies, and products to promote green living and foster a circular economy in Vietnam.

Alta Plastics Joins the Initiative “Waste Sorting and Creative Recycling for Sustainable Development”
Plastic has long been an essential part of modern life—present everywhere from food packaging and household items to industrial products. Yet, alongside its convenience come increasingly severe environmental consequences: millions of tons of plastic waste are released into the natural environment every year, most of which are improperly treated, causing soil and water pollution and negatively impacting ecosystems. In Vietnam, the plastic collection and recycling rate remains low, largely dependent on small-scale, manual operations that lack systematic and sustainable approaches.
Recognizing these challenges, Alta Plastics actively joined the initiative “Waste Sorting and Creative Recycling for Sustainable Development” with the aim of introducing modern, circular, and eco-friendly recycling solutions while encouraging green lifestyle practices within the community.
Held on June 14, 2025, the initiative is a practical program designed to raise public awareness about waste sorting at the source, strongly promote plastic recycling, and spread circular economy models in Vietnam. The program especially encourages creativity and active participation from individuals, businesses, and organizations, with the goal of identifying and applying highly feasible recycling solutions that contribute to environmental protection and sustainable development.
As part of this initiative, Alta Plastics showcased a range of innovative solutions that combine 3D printing technology with recycled plastic materials, helping to realize a closed-loop recycling model—where waste is no longer a burden but a valuable resource.

Smart Recycling Technology – The GreeZ Station
One of the standout solutions introduced by Alta Plastics at the program was the GreeZ Station—a cutting-edge device under the GREEnfinity project. More than just a smart plastic waste collection point, it is a vital link in the closed-loop recycling model that Alta Plastics is pursuing.
With a user-friendly design and fully automated process, the GreeZ Station streamlines plastic waste management, saving both time and operational costs for businesses and communities. Users simply bring empty plastic bottles or aluminum cans, and the system automatically identifies, sorts, and collects them with high precision.

Reviving Plastic Waste with 3D Printing Technology
After collection at the GreeZ Station, plastic waste is processed and transformed into recycled material for 3D printers—one of the standout technologies Alta Plastics applies in its closed-loop recycling model.
Unlike traditional recycling methods, 3D printing enables the direct production of new items from recycled materials, shortening processes, lowering costs, and reducing emissions during recycling. With flexible design capabilities, 3D printers can create a wide range of innovative products—such as keychains, mini plant pots, storage boxes, decorative pieces, and office supplies—featuring eye-catching designs, high durability, and, most importantly, the ability to be recycled multiple times without losing material value.
This technology paves a new path for the recycled plastics industry—where waste is no longer an end point but the beginning of useful, creative, and eco-friendly products. More than easing the burden of plastic waste, Alta Plastics’ 3D printing technology advances sustainable design thinking—where every product is created with reuse and recyclability in mind. This mindset lays the foundation for a zero-waste manufacturing ecosystem, aligned with the green future Alta Plastics is striving to build.
Sustainable Value in 3D-Printed Products
The defining strength of Alta Plastics’ recycled products lies in their ability to be continuously reprocessed without diminishing the original material’s value. From plastic bottles contributed at the GreeZ Station, Alta transforms this renewed resource into highly practical, creative, and eco-friendly products through advanced 3D printing technology.
Beyond physical form, each 3D-printed design carries a green message—calling for responsible consumption, encouraging reuse habits, and spreading a collective spirit of preserving the planet. With modern aesthetics, versatile designs, and outstanding durability, these products serve diverse purposes across personal life, workplaces, and community activities. They stand as clear proof of the circular economy’s potential—where waste does not end its cycle but is “reborn,” contributing sustainably and positively to society.

Alta Plastics Representative Honored with a Souvenir from the Organizing Committee
At the event, Mr. Tran Quang Thang – Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Economics and Management, together with Mr. Le Hung Anh – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Clean Water and Environment Association, presented souvenirs on behalf of the Organizing Committee to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of participating organizations. This recognition serves as a great source of encouragement for Alta Plastics in its journey to advance recycling, promote green living, and develop sustainable solutions. Alta Plastics takes pride in joining this meaningful program, contributing to a zero-waste future and raising community awareness of environmental responsibility.
Participating in the initiative “Waste Sorting and Creative Recycling for Sustainable Development” also provided Alta Plastics with an opportunity to deeply connect with the younger generation, especially students—a key force in spreading and sustaining sustainable lifestyles. Through direct engagement activities, Alta Plastics aims to deliver a strong message: every small action we take can make a significant contribution to reducing environmental pollution and driving sustainable development.
