Participating in the program, Alta Plastics presented a series of green initiatives aimed at encouraging shifts in consumption habits, promoting responsible living, and fostering a mindset that prioritizes environmentally friendly products. The presence of Alta Plastics at the event not only demonstrates the company’s commitment to the city’s sustainable development goals but also spreads the spirit of green living—contributing momentum toward building a more civil, livable urban environment.
Organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper in cooperation with the city’s departments and agencies, the Lifestyle Economy Seminar provides a platform to discuss the emerging “lifestyle economy” model—where creativity, experience, aesthetics, and personalisation become key drivers of urban economic growth. The event gathered experts, policymakers, businesses, and the creative community to analyze the potential, opportunities, and challenges this trend presents for Ho Chi Minh City.
Through this forum, stakeholders aim to identify practical directions, solutions, and innovations to help the city evolve into a modern, distinctive, and more livable metropolis. Alta Plastics’ Green Showcase at the Event
Alta Plastics introduced a 3D printing solution using recycled materials—transforming discarded plastic bottles into new, creative, and eco-friendly products. This became a highlight of the exhibition, as 3D printing not only enables high-aesthetic outputs but also significantly reduces plastic waste released into the environment.
The 3D printing materials used by Alta Plastics are sourced from empty PET bottles collected at GreeZ stations—an advanced system capable of automatically identifying, sorting, and collecting used plastic bottles or aluminum cans. Each contribution made at the station earns users reward points, vouchers, or eco-friendly gifts, creating a practical and accessible incentive for the community to participate in greener living.
A standout feature of Alta Plastics’ 3D-printed products is their ability to be reclaimed and recycled multiple times, even after the end of their use cycle. Each product can be “reborn” into new items, minimizing plastic waste. This characteristic has enabled Alta Plastics to develop its Closed-Loop Recycling model, where plastic waste is transformed into a renewable resource—contributing positively to pollution reduction and cultivating sustainable habits within the community.
At the event, Alta Plastics also showcased a variety of creative, eye-catching, and eco-friendly 3D-printed pieces—from decorative items and art objects to unique lifestyle applications. Beyond their aesthetics, these products deliver a clear message: sustainable living can begin with the smallest choices, and every recycled product carries its own story of sustainable innovation.
In addition to presenting green initiatives and the closed-loop recycling model, Alta Plastics is expanding community access to its eco-friendly 3D-printed products through its TikTok Shop. Each item is produced from recycled materials, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility.

Alta Plastics Representatives Share Practical Insights at the Seminar
At the event, Alta Plastics representatives discussed trends in sustainable packaging and corporate environmental responsibility in the modern era. Speaking at the Lifestyle Economy Seminar, Mr. Pham Thanh Minh emphasized that to meet the expectations of today’s consumers—who care not only about quality but also aesthetics and sustainability—businesses must innovate comprehensively, from materials and packaging to production technology.
Mr. Minh noted that plastic packaging waste remains one of the major contributors to urban pollution. For this reason, Alta Plastics has spent years researching and developing eco-friendly packaging materials, including bioplastics such as PPAT and PRA, as well as fully biodegradable plastics. At the end of their life cycle, these materials can decompose into water and CO₂, significantly reducing lingering waste in metropolitan environments.
In parallel with material innovation, Alta Plastics has also upgraded its printing technology by incorporating eco-friendly inks, including water-based options, while moving toward bioplastic-derived inks. The company continues to invest in advanced machinery to support next-generation biodegradable materials—a process Alta Plastics has pursued for more than five years.
Mr. Minh hopes these efforts will offer businesses more aesthetic, safer, and sustainable packaging solutions, while helping reduce the burden of plastic waste in Ho Chi Minh City. This commitment aligns with the core spirit of the lifestyle economy: living beautifully, living sustainably, and living responsibly.
Beyond its booth activities, Alta Plastics was also invited to share insights on sustainable living during an on-site interview. The discussion focused on green packaging trends and the company’s ongoing sustainability initiatives—further amplifying the message of eco-friendly living that Alta Plastics champions.
Alta Plastics is proud to support the Lifestyle Economy Seminar – A New Driver of Growth for Ho Chi Minh City, helping spread the message of sustainable living and encouraging communities to embrace greener lifestyles. The company’s plastic-renewal initiatives, closed-loop recycling model, and eco-friendly 3D-printed products represent not only technological solutions but also a long-term environmental commitment.
With dedication and a steadfast green vision, Alta Plastics will continue to innovate, research, and expand community-focused activities—collaborating with Ho Chi Minh City to build a future that is creative, modern, and full of positive energy. The company believes that every small act for the environment, when widely shared, can create meaningful change for the city and for the sustainable future of the entire community.
